SeeSOR - The Breakout of your Technical Requirements

Welcome to our 8-week Series. This is our 2nd official blog post in this series. In this post, we will be talking about SeeSOR® - The Breakout of your Technical Requirements.

How SeeSOR Tracks your Technical Requirements (such as a PWS or SOW) all in one place

SeeSOR stores your PWS in one accessible, searchable place online containing all the Text, Attachments, and Deliverables. With SeeSOR you not only have everything all in one place, but you can even find what you need when you need it! For example, in SeeSOR under Line Items, you can utilize the search bar by typing “repair” and every requirement containing “repair” will display. With the PWS loaded directly into SeeSOR, users can track quality from Inspection Plans that are derived directly from the performance objectives and deliverables. Inspection Plans, Scheduling, Inspection Results, and Corrective Actions Reports (CARs) for a contract are all kept with the PWS in a single module in SeeSOR. What makes SeeSOR so unique and efficient is that it allows you to have a single storage place to track and perform all needed activities!

SeeSOR Inspection Plan, Line Items, Automated inspection scheduling and performance monitoring for service contracts, Quality Assurance Monitoring System, Quality Compliance Monitoring System, Service contract inspection plan software, Corrective Actions for service contracts, Bid Discriminator, QMS, Quality Monitoring System, Collaborative Quality and Compliance Management Software, ISO STANDARDS MANAGEMENT, Automated inspection scheduling and performance monitoring for service contracts, Intuitive, Collaborative Quality, and Compliance Management

Different levels of a PWS

Your PWS is more than just Operations and Maintenance (O&M) requirements. It also has phase-in requirements, HR, reporting, and many other tasks. SeeSOR can help you track all these tasks from HR, Accounting, Report submissions, Training, and many other things that aren’t necessarily seen as service items, even those that aren’t directly in the contract (example: internal safety inspections). Your performance against the PWS is more than just Yes or No for completion, and SeeSOR helps you come up with effective ways to track the success of these items throughout the life of the contract. You might not get everything to 100%, but missing by “just a bit” can be recognized in SeeSOR. With partial scoring, you won’t score “0” when you are getting most of the way toward fulfilling the requirement standard, and SeeSOR does this while also helping you be proactive in bringing attention to those imperfectly scored areas. Also, your Requirements are not all the same in importance; SeeSOR allows you to weight/rank those items that are more important than others and automatically scores their results accordingly. These features allow you to show the different importance levels of your PWS plus how well you are doing against any requirement, both the important and less important. With SeeSOR you can focus your attention on what needs to be done first!

How SeeSOR can change your team's outlook on quality

While your process with quality has already been discussed in blog post 1, let's see how SeeSOR can better improve your processes. After setting up your PWS and Inspection Plans, SeeSOR has so much added value. It will streamline processes you already have in place by allowing Users to stop worrying about scheduling and tracking Inspections, and CARs. SeeSOR even automatically updates how often Inspections should be done based on historical scoring - the better the result, the less often an Inspection is needed. SeeSOR also sends you automated emails to alert you that inspections have been completed, have scored low, are ready to be inspected again, or that a CAR has been raised as the result of an Inspection or against a line item. Users get to pick which if not all of these email alerts they would like to receive. SeeSOR tracks CARs from creation through response and all the way to closure (Acceptance). Quality is something we all strive to do but SeeSOR can help you see it as an easy-to-use problem solver (“Find it and Fix it!”) rather than a tiresome added process on top of your day-to-day job responsibilities that more traditional inspection programs require.

What’s next?

Over the next couple of weeks what you can expect in this blog series is to see how SeeSOR is an intuitive way to track your success in quality on each of your contracts. We want you to see yourself in the SeeSOR process.

Next week's topic will be SeeSOR Inspection Plans - How you are already inspecting the job.
